To correct or remove a listing, email [email protected] with the community name and what needs changing. We do not charge for listings and we do not require a partnership to be listed accurately.
Urgent situations
We are not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
To report suspected abuse or neglect, call Indiana Adult Protective Services at 1-800-992-6978. For a
facility licensing complaint, call the Indiana Department of Health at 1-800-246-8909.
